Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Server to join our craft 'ohana!
Job Title: Server
Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kihei
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (dependent on availability)
Pay Rate: $14.75/hour PLUS tips
Tips : $20.00-$30.00 average hourly tip rate (dependent on shift/sales/events) - paid weekly via Branch™
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items including rotating specials
- Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
- Support the FOH team by assisting with restaurant setup, cleanup, restocking, and breakdown
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Summary of Qualifications:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant
- You are knowledgeable about craft beer, cocktails, and food
- You are passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests
- You get along great with others and know how to be a team player
- You have open availability, including weekends (Friday - Sunday)
