Sales Ambassador

Compensation: $14 per hourWhat you get to do:As a Sales Ambassador (Merchandise), your primary responsibility will be to engage our park guests with world class service as soon as they enter our stores. Creating a memorable shopping experience that exceeds their expectations is what we are all about! Assisting guests with our product and park knowledge, and upselling when appropriate, you’ll not only drive sales but also contribute to the success of our overall guest satisfaction.What you get to do:Greet and interact with our guests. Assist with product and park questionsBe present on sales floors to minimize losses due to damage or theftPerform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displaysKeep all assigned areas clean. This includes wiping down product and shelves, sweeping floors, and disinfecting rental equipment.Up-sell appropriate products to increase salesOperate a Point-of-Sale register and/or mobile sales deviceEnsure merchandise is properly and accurately pricedAssist with weekly inventory cycle countsPerform additional duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:At least 18 years oldAbility to sell bottled alcoholAbility to work independently with little to no supervisionOutgoing personality with strong English language communication skillsAbility to accurately handle a Point-of-Sale register system or mobile sales devicePrior retail sales experience preferredFlexibility, dependability, and integrityAbility to frequently lift/move up to 40 pounds, and stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to kneel, squat, bend, reach, climb a ladder, stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to work in all weather conditions: sun, extreme heat, cold, rainAbility to perform all types of cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicalsBusch Gardens is open every day of the year.
