What You’ll Bring (Requirements): Previous leadership experience Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards Knowledge of cash handling procedures The ability to empower and mentor the Tribe Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must learn to cross-train in all positions Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
