LVN Position At BrightStar Care

Shifts Available:

7:00am - 3:00pm and 3pm - 11pm Daily

LVN Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

LVN Qualifications:

• Current California LVN license in good standing
• At least 1yr experience preferred
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and ROM exercises
• Confident with Trach care, Indwelling Catheters and G-Tubes
• Proficiency in medication administration and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Reliability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to commit long term 2-3 shifts per week
