Retail Store Associate - AUTO BATTERY SALES/INSTALLATION

Job Description

Auto battery installation
Register sales, balancing and reporting
Welcoming and engaging customers
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stock items remain properly stocked
Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting correct solutions
Working with cash registers and processing payments
Attaining and exceeding sales goals
Keep customers informed regarding sales and promotions
Creating strategies to increase store sales
Maintain a clean and orderly of store, daily
Informing Management of any issues or concerns
Submitting daily reports
Opening and closing in accordance with operating hours
Managing online store sales
Saturday operations (Currently 8:00am to 12:pm)

Company Description

Currently we maintain 3 battery sales/installation retail stores but want to grow once we have the right people in place. We have been in business since 2016 with less than 15 employees and we are very family oriented. With over 1MM in gross sales annually, we are working toward a more structured environment, while still maintaining the feel of camaraderie and familial orientation.
