Overview Become a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) at Best Buy, 596‑Watertown, MA 02472. The role is outsourced by 2020 Companies, an independent sales and marketing agency. As a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC), you will promote and sell Samsung mobile products and services to Best‑Buy customers. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Identify customer needs and recommend Samsung products that fit those needs. Build confidence in Samsung products and services among Best‑Buy staff and new and repeat customers. Build strong relationships with Best‑Buy associates and leadership to support key initiatives. Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales quotas and store goals. Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and Best‑Buy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets during new product launches whenever requested. Submit daily sales performance and retail insight reports. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated product knowledge and strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction with ability to maintain confidentiality. Can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, high‑traffic retail holidays. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay $18.00 with weekly and next‑day pay on demand via DailyPay.
