The medical center provides healthcare services that include primary medical care, behavioral health, dental, vision, and support services. All services provided through the Medical Center are by appointment only. The Yavapai-Apache Nation is located in the Verde Valley of Arizona and is comprised of five (5) tribal communities: Tunlii, Middle Verde, Rimrock, Camp Verde and Clarkdale. Facility Address: 2400 West Datsi Ave, Camp Verde, AZ 86322ResponsibilitiesTo provide the required outpatient routine dental services, emergency care, and oral disease prevention/oral health promotion services based on HIS priority levels of care.Shall assist and perform services/duties as may be requested for normal operational requirements of the department and personnel, which may include moderate lifting and moving of any furniture, equipment, and boxes of office supplies.RequirementsMinimum of two years current experience.Current certification in Basic Life Support.Sensitivity to cross-cultural and language differences, and the ability to work through interpreters as necessary.Current unrestricted state license issued by any American state, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico – and – completed residency training.TermsBase term of one year, and four one-year option periods. Hours of the facility are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
