Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is hiring Door Security team members to help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and fun atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

If you’re confident, professional, and great with people — we want you on the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every guest and check IDs at the door

• Handle cover charges and cash responsibly

• Monitor guest behavior and enforce house policies

• Work with management and bar staff to de-escalate situations if needed

• Keep the front entrance and interior secure and guest-friendly

• Help maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the night

What You Bring:

• Professional demeanor and good judgment

• Calm, confident energy

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure and think on your feet

• Must be 21+

• Experience in bar security a plus, but not required
