You will help create a great first impression, handle member requests and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals. What You Will Do Welcome and check in all members and guests Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training Answer questions, resolve billing issues, and track front desk activity Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and on-brand Support day-to-day operations and team communication Create a fun, professional, and helpful experience for everyone What We Are Looking For Customer service or front desk experience preferred Comfortable with upselling and helping members Organized, energetic, and positive attitude Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends Why You Will Love It Flexible schedule and opportunity for advancement Free membership and uniforms 401k eligibility Health benefits available for qualifying employees Fun team environment with room to grow Compensation Hourly Exact pay range determined by location and experience Ready to lead from the front?
