**Experience and Specialty Requirements** - 36 months of experience in Med Surg or in one of the following specialties: IMCU, PCU, Stepdown [required] - EPIC EMR experience [required] - 24 months of current experience in Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele, IMCU, PCU, Stepdown [required] - Comfort in caring for patient/surgical patient types such as Stroke (Neuro), Cath (Cardiovascular), COPD, Congestive heart failure, and COVID [required] - First-time travelers accepted as long as there are 36 months of nursing experience and EPIC experience [required] **Licensure and Certifications** - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at the time of submission [required] - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS (Basic Life Support) [required] - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) [required] - NIHSS certificate - [nice to have], can apply for during onboarding **Additional Requirements** - Work history/resume/employment history [required] - Skills Checklist specific to the discipline listed on the job (e.g., Med Surg, Tele, IMCU, etc.) [required] - Professional reference/performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred] - Driver’s License [required]
