Job Responsibilities
• Process Analysis & Documentation


o Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and subject matter experts to understand end-to-end enterprise application workflows.


o Document current-state process flows using industry-standard modeling techniques (e.g., UML).


o Ensure process documentation is clear, concise, and tailored for different audiences (executives, managers, technical teams, and support staff).
• Stakeholder Engagement


o Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements and validate process flows.


o Present process maps and documentation to stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise.


o Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on process improvements.
• Governance & Standards


o Establish and maintain documentation standards and templates for enterprise processes.


o Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, Bizagi).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and integration points.
• Knowledge of data flow diagrams and system architecture basics.
