Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are currently working with a top local GC in Phoenix; they are looking to hire a top commercial Superintendent ASAP! This role is responsible for the day-to-day on-site management of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and serve as the primary field representative.

Job Details
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction at the GC level
Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex schedules
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
