Role Description Oversee the floor‑level production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating Chop and Drop onsite activities, monitoring logistics schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing customer appointment procedures, identifying and resolving logistical issues, driving sales, meeting Chop and Drop targets, maintaining a safe work environment, and contributing to overall success of the program. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Frontline Leadership and Vision: develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive efficiencies and align departmental goals with company objectives; KPI: achievement of strategic milestones, departmental production metrics. Production Operational Oversight: ensure optimal operation within the department, oversee implementation of safety, quality, and inventory management practices; KPI: operational efficiency metrics, compliance rates. Compliance and Quality Assurance: ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, promote high standards; KPI: compliance rates, quality control metrics. Compliance and Responsibilities Understand, meet, and follow all DOT guidelines. Maneuver a trailer through congested and tight areas. Lift at least 75 lbs. Comfortable with cold calling.
