Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery processes and strategies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
