Overview Group 1 Automotive is hiring Automotive Sales Professionals across multiple dealership locations, including South Pointe CJDR, South Pointe Honda, South Pointe Chevrolet, and BMW of Tulsa. As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, showcase vehicle options, and guide them through a professional and transparent buying experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow‑up systems to encourage repeat and referral business Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required) Strong motivation to succeed in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude with a high‑energy, customer‑focused approach Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance Self‑motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening Benefits and Compensation Performance‑based commission structure with uncapped earning potential Estimated take‑home commission range: $60,000–$100,000+ annually, based on individual performance Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on sales results Ongoing training, coaching, and advancement opportunities High customer traffic at established Bob Howard Group 1 Automotive dealerships Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
