Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active and valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Experience working in school settings is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to various work environments including on-site, hybrid, and virtual

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services provided
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
