This leader will be responsible for shaping the long-term product strategy, driving innovation across AI-enabled analytics solutions, and scaling the impact of ZAIDYN Medical within the pharmaceutical Medical Affairs ecosystem. The role requires a hands-on, product leader who combines deep life sciences domain knowledge with strong technical and data product expertise. The individual will partner closely with engineering, data science, GTM teams, and clients to deliver scalable products that address critical needs across Medical Affairs./ppIn addition to portfolio leadership, this individual will mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence and outcome-driven execution./ppThe ideal candidate brings deep experience building AI-powered data products in life sciences, understanding the complexities of real-world healthcare data, and can translate Medical Affairs workflows into scalable enterprise SaaS solutions. This leader will play a critical role in evolving ZAIDYN Medical into the industrys leading Medical Affairs intelligence platform./ph3Product Strategy Vision/h3ulliDefine and drive the product strategy, and roadmap for the ZAIDYN Medical portfolio aligned with business growth objectives./liliIdentify market opportunities through customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends within Medical Affairs and life sciences analytics./liliLead the conceptualization and launch of new AI-enabled and real world data-driven products that create measurable value for pharmaceutical companies./liliDefine product capabilities that leverage real-world data ecosystems, including claims, EMR/EHR, publications, digital engagement data, and scientific insights to drive actionable intelligence for Medical Affairs teams./liliLead the evolution of ZAIDYN Medical toward AI-driven decision intelligence, enabling Medical Affairs teams to move from descriptive analytics to predictive and prescriptive insights./liliAI product strategy - Define the AI and advanced analytics product strategy across the portfolio, including the use of machine learning, generative AI, and knowledge graph technologies to extract insights from real-world data and scientific content. Responsible for: AI explainability, model validation, trust in medical decision workflows./li/ulh3Product Development Execution/h3ulliTranslate business and domain requirements into scalable product capabilities in partnership with engineering, architecture, and data science teams./liliDefine product features, data architecture requirements, and solution approaches that align with platform strategy./liliDrive convergence of portfolio products into a unified Medical Affairs intelligence platform, ensuring interoperability, shared data models, and consistent user experience across the ZAIDYN Medical suite./liliOwn roadmap prioritization, balancing strategic investments, platform evolution, and key customer needs./liliEnsure delivery of high-quality releases through strong product planning, design validation, and execution oversight./liliDevelop solutions that enhance critical Medical Affairs workflows, including KOL identification, scientific engagement planning, insight generation, and evidence-based medical decision making./liliIdentify and develop strategic data partnerships to expand the value of ZAIDYN Medical products and enable richer analytics capabilities./liliSupport CSM and professional services teams in client success from implementation to adoption and usage./li/ulh3Market Engagement Commercialization/h3ulliPartner with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support product positioning, messaging, and customer adoption./liliEngage with clients and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product direction./liliAct as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing ZAIDYN Medical across strategic client engagements and industry forums./liliDefine product packaging, pricing strategy, and commercialization models that enable scalable growth of the ZAIDYN Medical product portfolio./li/ulh3Product Leadership Team Development/h3ulliBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team./liliEstablish best practices for product management including product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration./liliDrive alignment across product, engineering, consulting, and GTM teams to ensure successful product outcomes./li/ulpWhat youll bring:/ppExperience Domain Expertise/pulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology discipline; having Biosciences with analytics background is preferred./lili10+ years of professional experience with 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, ideally in life sciences or healthcare technology./liliStrong understanding of Medical Affairs or pharmaceutical RD workflows./liliExperience building data-driven and AI-enabled analytics products./li/ulpData Platform Knowledge/pulliExperience working with healthcare and life sciences datasets such as Rx and claims data, EMR/EHR data, Digital and omnichannel engagement data/liliUnderstanding healthcare data governance and privacy frameworks including HIPAA, PHI protection, GDPR, and consent management./liliFamiliarity with data interoperability standards and healthcare data ecosystems/li/ulpProduct Commercial Expertise/pulliExperience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products./liliProven success in product definition, pricing, commercialization, and adoption./liliExperience conceptualizing and launching data products and analytics solutions./li/ulpLeadership Collaboration/pulliStrong managerial and people-management skills with experience coaching product managers./liliAbility to collaborate across engineering, data science, consulting, and commercial teams./liliStrong executive communication and presentation skills/liliFluency in English/liliClient-first mentality/liliIntense work ethic/liliCollaborative spirit and problem-solving approach/li/ulpHow youll grow:/pulliCross-functional skills development custom learning pathways/liliMilestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities/liliInternal mobility paths that empower growth via s-curves, individual contribution and role expansions/li/ulpPerks Benefits:/ppAt ZS, your growth matters.
