Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment and feasibility of schedules.
• Monitor production progress against the schedule and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and inventory levels to optimize scheduling and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings, communicating plans and resolving conflicts with relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain scheduling tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the scheduling process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
