We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented professional to join our team and help create a welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate communication, and attentive support throughout their stay.

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional check-in and check-out service
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and route messages as needed
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and related documentation accurately
• Assist guests with requests, directions, local recommendations, and general property information
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to help resolve guest needs
• Maintain an organized front desk area and support smooth shift transitions
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and a solutions-focused approach
• Follow property procedures related to safety, security, and confidentiality

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort using reservation or property management systems
• Professional demeanor with a positive, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
