Job Description SLP-CFY - Poway, CA Immediate Start 37.5-35 hours per week Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Clinical Fellow to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position offers a valuable opportunity for a passionate SLP professional to gain hands‑on experience in a school setting while working closely with experienced clinicians. Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays, as directed by the supervising SLP. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports. Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required. Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
