The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist - Physician . Ideal candidate is Board Eligible/Certified in Psychiatry We are fully committed to providing top quality medical care by serving and honoring Americas Veterans. Candidates must possess an MD/DO from an accredited institution, have completed residency training leading to board eligibility/certification, and possess an active, current, unrestricted license in any U.S. State. Highlights of this opportunity Daily schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Assessment/evaluation and medication management of veterans who suffer from a variety of mental health conditions, including, but not limited to Post traumatic Stress Disorder, substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and other related conditions. Educate staff hospital wide about psychiatric needs of patients; how to handle; what to expect; etc..
