HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Project Manager - Residential opportunity. We are seeking a field-driven project leader who can manage residential projects from signed contract through final completion while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. This role requires ownership mentality, subcontractor coordination skills, scheduling discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end from contract execution through completion Coordinate schedules between homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong subcontractor relationships Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality expectations Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle Prepare clients for project start, timelines, scope, and logistics Maintain organized records for schedules, client details, project scope, and contractor data Resolve issues quickly to preserve customer satisfaction and referrals Spend the majority of time in the field overseeing active jobsites Support revenue, review, and budget targets tied to bonus structure Required Qualifications (Highly Important) 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction or skilled trades ( required ) Strong customer-facing / homeowner-facing experience Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or crews Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments Self-managed professional who does not require micromanagement Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Residential construction experience preferred over commercial Painting industry experience helpful but not required Skilled trades background such as roofing, siding, HVAC, flooring, windows, fencing, remodeling Experience with CompanyCam, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools Experience with estimating software such as PainScout or similar Comfortable using mobile technology and field-management tools Performance-driven candidates motivated by bonus earnings HireNow Disqualifiers Needs micromanagement Prefers slow-paced or highly predictable environments No construction / skilled trades PM experience Weak interpersonal or homeowner-facing skills Job hopping without clear performance reasons Unwilling to spend significant time in the field HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who meet the following profile: 2+ years project management in skilled trades or residential construction Strong relationship builder comfortable with homeowners High ownership mentality (my project, my result) Thrives in autonomy and accountability-driven environments Able to manage subcontractors and multiple timelines Comfortable being in the field daily, not desk-bound Growth-minded and motivated by performance pay Able to work onsite in Colorado Springs Stable resume with progressive growth Standout Candidates Include Roofing PMs managing homeowner jobs HVAC install/project coordinators with field ownership Flooring or siding PMs with subcontractor networks Remodeling PMs known for excellent client reviews Service managers ready for broader project ownership HireNow Package On-Target Earnings: ~$100,000 Top Performers: ~$130,000+ Bonus Structure: Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to revenue, budget attainment, and customer satisfaction Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance | 401(k) with 3% match | Unlimited PTO | $400/month vehicle & gas stipend | Company cell phone | Paid training & professional development HireNow Staffing Disclaimer All candidate information is handled confidentially and evaluated against defined requirements.
