Experienced Outside Sales Representative — Fiber Internet
Axion Fiber Solutions Nashville, Tn.

If you’ve succeeded in door-to-door, telecom, solar, automotive or another face-to-face sales environment, Axion Fiber Solutions wants to hear from you.

We’re building local teams of independent representatives who want to control their schedules, work with experienced sales leaders and earn commissions based on performance.

Top-performing representatives may earn $9,000–$12,000+ per month. Actual earnings depend on your production, completed installations and your market’s commission plan.

The opportunity:
• Sell residential fiber internet in local neighborhoods.
• Find and speak with potential customers door-to-door.
• Explain available offers, answer questions and complete sales.
• Manage your own schedule and work toward your income goals.
• Receive training, coaching and field support from the Axion team.

You may be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in direct sales, outside sales or another customer-facing role.
• Know how to start conversations and follow through.
• Are comfortable working independently and knocking on doors.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a smartphone.
• Can complete required background checks and provider onboarding.

Compensation: This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity with no base salary or hourly wage. Commissions and payment timing depend on the applicable plan, completed installations and provider funding. Earnings are not guaranteed.
