Registered Nurse (RN) - Wellness & IV Therapy (Med Spa Environment)

We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a wellness-focused, guest-facing environment. Unlike hospital or acute-care nursing, this role is centered on IV therapy and wellness services, offering a calmer pace and the opportunity to build real relationships with our guests. Compensation includes a competitive base hourly rate aligned with outpatient and wellness nursing, plus commission on IV and wellness services. What You'll Do Administer IV therapy and support other wellness services safely, professionally, and with warmth. Educate guests on services, memberships, and wellness programs to encourage ongoing care. Help guests find the services and memberships that fit their goals, with commission opportunities on IV and wellness services. Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and safety standards. Partner with leadership and teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience. Strong IV therapy skills and confidence with venipuncture. Previous experience in a med spa, outpatient, or wellness setting preferred. Comfort in a guest-facing role with commission potential.
