Fullstack Engineer

Working remotely as a Fullstack Engineer focused on external products, the candidate will build and enhance member and provider-facing applications, contributing to the development of scalable solutions that improve the cancer care experience. Key responsibilities Develop features for both member and provider surfaces, collaborating with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams Independently plan and execute multiple projects, ensuring cohesive user-centered experiences across all products Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using an observability stack Required qualifications Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments with a focus on rapid iteration and MVP shipping Strong web development skills, particularly with Vue.js/TypeScript, FastAPI/Python, and Postgres Familiarity with observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting production features Experience collaborating closely with product teams to transform ideas into fully realized features Understanding of security implications related to data protection in application development
