Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary: $42-50 per hour Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation Job Overview: As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical well-being and mobility. Your main responsibility will be to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical injuries or conditions, using a variety of techniques and exercises. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their current physical condition and limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals Utilize a variety of techniques and exercises to help patients improve their physical strength, range of motion, and overall mobility Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home for ongoing improvement Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Document all patient interactions and progress in medical records Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
