CT Technologist – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Saturday–Monday (Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all CT exams independently, including CTA hearts and Calcium Scoring
• Cover inpatient, emergency room, outpatient, and interventional radiology procedure exams
• Operate GE 64 and 512 Slice CT Scanners in compliance with facility protocols
• Document accurately using Meditech and Change Healthcare PACS systems
• Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, compassion, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Maintain ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), BLS, and New Mexico State License in Radiography and CT throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required prior to start
• ARRT (CT) certification required prior to start
• BLS certification required prior to start
• New Mexico State License in Radiography and CT required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• All clinical staff working in New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire; travelers may begin on a 14-day waiver while results are pending but must be supervised during that period
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac imaging experience, including CTA hearts and Calcium Scoring
• Experience working across inpatient, outpatient, ER, and interventional radiology settings
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR and Change Healthcare PACS
