Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Previous experience working with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
Skilled in conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
Commitment to working onsite throughout the assignment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
Administer screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for speech/language disorders
Create, monitor, and update IEPs in collaboration with the educational team
Offer consultation, guidance, and resources to teachers and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
Support a positive and inclusive learning environment within the school
