Help fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) by applying your expertise in real estate operations, property management, and facilities administration to test AI’s real-world applications in property workflows. Base Pay Range $60.00/hr - $80.00/hr Key Responsibilities Design and solve real-world property management and community association scenarios to test LLM performance. Collaborate with AI researchers to improve AI reasoning and accuracy in real estate contexts. Create clear, structured solutions covering lease administration, tenant relations, budgeting, and maintenance coordination. Contribute to defining benchmarks for AI’s ability to handle property management operations effectively. Skills & Requirements Strong experience in property management, real estate operations, or community association administration. Strong English communication and reasoning skills. Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets preferred. Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation. No prior AI experience required — training provided.
