What EAD Offers: Opportunity to work on diverse and cutting edge projects Family oriented company Job Description EAD Management Services is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development and provide program supportat aNational Level. While supporting all proposal coordination activities, this individual will plan, coordinate, edit, manage, and execute content for publication.The Proposal Coordinator will also provide technical writing support to the proposal team including development and implementation of writing guides and technical editing, writing, and rewriting of proposal documents.The successful candidate must understand the proposal process and workflow and add value by being able to prioritize tasking.The position will report to the Chief Business Officer. Responsibilities Responsible forcollecting proposal pieces and ensuring responsiveness to an RFP Assemble Terms andConditions, Bios (if needed), and Resumes (if needed) for all proposals Prepare, rewriteand edit copy to improve readability, or edit others who do this work Verify facts,dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources Read copy or proofto detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax Develop contentideas, considering reader or audience appeal Advise writers inmatters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of proposal writing E xercise qualitycontrol over proposal ensuring any final updates are completed Updatecompany-wide sales pipeline, including tracking and follow up of proposals Assist in thequalification of new clients, opportunities, and work with Marketing for compliance with EAD’s go/no-go SOP Responsible foradhering to all EAD's safety standards and practices Perform otherrelated duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements: B.A. in TechnicalWriting, English, Communications, Journalism or related field required or equivalent working experience; related engineering construction industryexperience preferred 3 years of Proposalcoordination experience supporting proposal and/or program teams stronglypreferred Demonstrated computerproficiency with Microsoft Office, InDesign, WordPress, and Adobe CreateCloud software required Excellent verbaland written communication skills Self-motivated andexperienced in interpreting proposal preparation instructions anddeveloping documentation procedures Experience withCRM systems preferred; Deltek CRM experience a plus Demonstratedexperience synthesizing data into information Strongattention-to-detail with experience handling multiple tasks concurrentlyand making quick decisions in a fast paced, customer oriented, anddeadline driven environment Superior projectmanagement skills and teamwork skills with ability to work independently Possess excellent customerservice skills, professional presence, and issue resolution skills Demonstratedexperience interacting with senior levels of leadership effectively Possess and ableto maintain a valid driver’s license Additional Information Working Conditions: Ability to sit andwork at computer for an extended period of time Ability to liftand/or move up to 30 lbs.
