Five Below in Collegeville, PA is seeking a dedicated leader to help wow customers and run daily store operations. The role involves supervising crew, training staff on the BEST customer service, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed. You will open/close the store, manage cash and safety procedures, support onboarding, drive sales, and partner with the leadership team on merchandising.
