Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect accurate data and provide feedback on client progress
Support clients in home, school, and community settings
Maintain professionalism, consistency, and ethical standards
Requirements
Active RBT certification
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to pass a background check
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation preferred
