Future Opening: TELMARKETER/ OFFICE ASSISTANT Paid time off Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through warm calling techniques, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Duties Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce products and services. Build rapport with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our software systems. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources. Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine sales approaches. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape. Skills Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus. Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities. Comfortable using software tools for tracking calls and managing customer relationships. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player. A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
