Pre-litigation Case Manager

Position Title: Pre-litigation Case Manager The Pre-litigation Case Manager plays a crucial role in a dynamic and rapidly growing firm. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in personal injury claims, particularly those experienced in managing diverse case types. Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE Pre-litigation Case Manager Responsibilities Coordinate with attorneys, medical professionals, and insurance companies Manage case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Provide regular updates to clients on case progress Assist with the preparation of legal documents and court filings, when needed Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal team members Report directly to management while adapting to potential changes in supervision Handle a caseload of approximately 50-70 cases Pre-litigation Case Manager Requirements Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, with exposure to ride share claims, premise cases, and government cases Experience managing 50 or more cases Experience with both bodily injury and property damage claims Degree is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Benefits Paid parking Medical, dental and vision coverage Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) & Six days of paid sick leave with seven paid holidays 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match If you are a Pre-litigation Case Manager looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
