Description:
The position requires a surgical technician to work a shift starting at 06:45 and ending at 17:15.
The schedule will consist of 4 ten-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.
Call will be required based on call-outs, with a preference to maintain 2-3 calls per month, although this may fluctuate based on needs.
The surgical technician may be floated to weekends or night shifts as per unit requirements.
The manager aims to schedule approximately 1 weekend per 4-week cycle and 3 night shifts per 4-week cycle, with potential adjustments based on operational needs.
This role includes responsibilities typical of a surgical technician in an operating room setting.
