$125,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.

• Represent clients in court with confidence and strategic insight, advocating effectively for their interests.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and decision-making.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing complex family law cases from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Proven track record of representing clients in court with confidence, advocating effectively and empathetically.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop strategic legal plans in collaboration with clients, providing clear and actionable advice.
• Up-to-date knowledge of family law trends and legal precedents, maintaining our firm's competitive edge.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain open lines of communication with clients throughout the legal process.
