How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead daily clinical operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence, ensuring your team has the resources and support needed to deliver top-tier patient care. Shape departmental strategy and goals that directly align with the organization's overarching vision, turning high-level mission statements into measurable, impactful realities. Cultivate a high-performing team culture by championing recruitment, onboarding, continuous mentorship, and professional development initiatives that empower staff and improve retention. Manage fiscal and regulatory health by designing robust departmental budgets, overseeing compliance standards, and managing strategic vendor partnerships to ensure seamless, compliant operations. Drive strategic organizational growth through cross-functional business analysis, special project leadership, and long-term planning as a core member of our management team. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
