Aflac agents work directly with business owners to deliver supplemental benefits for their employees while helping to solve key issues facing small businesses today. It’s a key role with a well-known brand that helps business owners ensure their employees can receive direct cash benefits should medical events occur.

No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Hands-on, side-by-side training is provided plus our training program-- “The Process,” a world-class training program.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Consultant at Aflac in the Greater Kansas City, Lawrence and Topeka area. The Benefits Consultant will be responsible for benefits administration, consulting with clients, managing employee benefits, providing insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,325.00 - $77,398.00 per year
