Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekday and Weekend Availability)Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Companion/Buddy In this rewarding role, you will provide one-on-one companionship and community-based support to individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, participate in community activities, and achieve their personal goals.No experience required—we provide training! How You'll Make an Impact:Build meaningful, long-term relationships through one-on-one support.Participate in clients' favorite activities and community events, including programs such as Special Olympics.Assist individuals in developing independence and achieving personal goals, such as budgeting, shopping, socializing, using public transportation, and maintaining an active lifestyle.Provide support with dignity, respect, and person-centered care.Promote client safety and well-being at home and in the community.Help create enjoyable and enriching experiences that support inclusion and quality of life.Have fun on Maui as a supportive Buddy!Compensation & Schedule: Weekly Pay Flexible scheduling Paid training Short commute timesBenefits You'll Love: Flexible schedule around your availability.
