Responsibilities: Perform and reconcile multiple bank accounts accurately and timely Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and customer payment issues Assist with audit preparation by gathering documentation and supporting schedules Support the accounting team with various daily and monthly accounting functions Identify issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and recommend solutions Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring attention to detail Qualifications: Previous accounting experience required Experience performing multiple bank reconciliations Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and issue resolution Experience using Blackbaud a plus! Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software #J-18808-Ljbffr
