Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!**Warehouse Inventory Specialist****Location: Brownstown, MI Compensation: $19.00/hour plus $2.00/hour differential after 5:00 pm Schedule: 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm****Role Summary**: **Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.** is currently looking to hire a **Warehouse Inventory Specialist** for our **Brownstown, MI** location. In this role you will be responsible for all inventory control-related activities. As a **Warehouse Inventory Specialist**, you will develop the location’s inventory management strategy, intending to control costs within budgetary limits, generate savings, rationalize inventory, and maximize available working capital.**What’s in It for YOU?*** **$1,000 Retention Bonus**! + Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory, including stock and stock locations.* Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks* Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.* Ensure that the good inward/ stock control department is well-organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and business goals* Ensure incoming products are received and managed appropriately according to company procedure.* Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.* Provide routine management information on inventory performance* Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs, and maximize working capital.**Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?*** Are you 18 years of age or older?* Do you have at least 6 months of warehouse-related experience?* Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?* Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?* Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?* Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?* Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?* Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?* Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
