CRM System Improvement: Improves RT Sales Drive CRM system with certain methods by looking into best practices in other RT Europe market companies. Dealer CRM Support: Supports dealers about CRM/Sales Drive and lead management. Business Development Project Support: Supports the projects received from the Business Development side (like new products, new sales channels, new systems, new projects, etc.) and works on a project basis for possible projects.
