Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers!About the RoleAs a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:Providing individualized therapyImplementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integrationCollaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careProviding mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growthCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $80,000-$87,000Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowancesGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pmLocation: 1409 W.
