Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 3 years of experience in IIB.At least 4+ years of experience in WMB, IIB.At least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle.At least 4+ years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.Requirement Elicitation and Gathering.Support QA and production implementation of releases.Conduct review of Design, Code, Unit test results and other deliverables.Execute implementation plan for production rollout.Creating requirement specifications and use case narratives.Communication with stakeholders regarding project schedule, progress and open issues.Providing clarifications of the Business requirements to the development and testing teams.Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Development team e.g. Application and Component Design, Unit test plans etc.Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Testing team e.g. Testing Strategy, System and Regression test plan, System test scripts etc.Experience in Insurance domain.Experience in Onsite/offshore communication.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.Good communication skills and Analytical Skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Experience in working in distributed agile model.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
