Associate Dentist – Delafield, WI
A modern, privately owned dental practice in Delafield is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their team. This opportunity is in a well-supported, technology-forward environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth potential.
The practice operates on a 100% fee-for-service model, allowing providers to focus on quality-driven, patient-centered care. This role offers clinical autonomy within a collaborative team setting.
Compensation & Structure:
- $200,000–$400,000 annual earning potential
- Day rate for the first 6 months
- Transition to percentage of production thereafter
- Associate position with partnership potential
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 24–32 hours per week
- Full-time or part-time considered
Clinical Focus:
- Comprehensive general dentistry
- Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays)
- Implant restoration
- Endodontic coordination and specialist referrals as needed
Practice Highlights:

Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree
