This role demands deep expertise in software development tools, safety-critical systems, and adherence to compliance standards such as DO-178. By leading technical projects, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and driving innovation in product and process improvements, this position plays a key role in advancing the organization's technical excellence and competitive edge in the aerospace industry.
