Healthcare Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

06:45 PM - 07:15 AM, every other week or weekend option available.

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining a professional and ethical standard in all interactions.

Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with established guidelines.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide integrated care plans.

Document patient health information accurately and timely.

Participate in case management and quality improvement initiatives.

Active License/Certificate Verification required.

Completion of health screenings and immunization records necessary for patient interaction.

Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing is mandatory.

Mandatory background check and education verification.
