Parsons Behle & Latimer has an opening for a Legal Assistant in our Idaho Falls, Idaho office. Position requires 2+ years legal secretarial experience. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; careful attention to detail; and excellent organizational and communication skills. 

Responsibilities also include supporting attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, answering phones, scheduling meetings, and providing back-up legal assistance for others in our Idaho Falls and Rexburg offices when needed. Salary dependent upon experience.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years legal secretarial experience required
• E-filing experience in state and federal courts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, independent worker with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• People-oriented and self-motivated
