Growing, private interdisciplinary surgical practice is looking for a Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in the San Francisco, CA area! Join one of the few practices in the US that is 100% focused on gender-affirming surgery! Company :

- 2 locations: Los Angles and San Francisco
- 40 total team members, 6 surgeons and 5 PAs

- Gender-affirming top surgery
- Facial feminization surgery (FFS)
- Facial masculinization surgery
- Vaginoplasty
- Phalloplasty
- Metoidioplasty
- Body masculinization/feminization
- Breast augmentation
- Mastectomy
- $200,000 - $220,000 / year, depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Paid time off
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- APP will work in a clinic based setting doing pre op, post ops, ER and follow ups
- Ideal candidate has leadership experience, resourceful, and can manage PAs, RNs, and MAs
- NP/PA will work with a team committed to providing a safe space for transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse individuals
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
- 2+ years of surgicalexperience required
- Ideal candidate has leadership experience
