Business Development Representative (St. Louis, MO)

Identify and engage potential customer accounts and key decision-makers through thorough research. Execute omni-channel outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to build relationships and schedule Discovery Calls/Demos for the Growth Team. Conduct weekly in-person prospecting visits to agencies, leveraging physical collateral and professional gifting to establish high-touch relationships. Travel monthly to designated markets to execute localized business development and expand the company’s physical presence. Track and report all activities in HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless pipeline management. Utilize a suite of sales tools (HubSpot CRM, Apollo/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Winmo, Goody, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to optimize prospecting efforts. Support Growth Directors in advancing deals beyond the initial Discovery Call/Demo, ensuring smooth progression through the sales funnel. Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Growth, and Business Development teams to align sales strategies and maximize impact. Curate and share relevant LinkedIn content to enhance personal branding and increase company visibility within the professional network. 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in media, advertising, programmatic, broadcasting, digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or related industries. Strong experience in new business development, including prospect research, outbound outreach, relationship building, qualification, and pipeline generation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and develop relationships with prospective clients and agencies. Demonstrated ability to generate qualified opportunities and work toward measurable business development or pipeline targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage prospecting activity and priorities independently. Readiness to travel for agency visits, industry events, client meetings, and other business development activities. Hands-on experience with CRM, prospecting, and AI tools; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr AI Digital
